The location is near the Shin Osaka station few minutes walk, nearby convenient store and food shops. The service is excellent! Tho the room is small it’s enough to get by and go around. They give complimentary soba at night that’s so Oishi!

We loved how convenient the hotel was from the subway station, and also that we were able to soak in the hotel onsen after a long day of walking about. Not forgetting the free and delicious soba as well! The hotel was also very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely would book with them again should we come back to Osaka in the future!

The room was clean and comfy, and breakfast was great. I think traditional japanese style. Staff are lovely and helpful. Close to the train and sooo many food choices. The hotel has a onesen but can not use if you have tattoos, you can how ever use the hairdryers and they have face cleansers moisturisers etc. Washing machine and dryer all in one.

This hotel was absolutely brilliant! Arrived late at night from an international flight, with three tired kids & the complimentary soba noodles upon arrival were just what we all needed to re-fuel. Beds (traditional futon) were some of the most comfortable we've ever had! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The environment is very quiet, peaceful. The breakfast was great, delicious with many options such as fish, meat, salad, tempura,... All japanese, no western options (not a problem for us). The size of the room was good (not enough for a big suitcase but for us it was perfect because we didn't bring one). There are free soba noodles at night if you want to try them. The public bath was also very quiet and clean, with massage chairs and free ice cream. Pretty new place. I loved it. Also 8min walk from Shin osaka, so very convenient to take the bullet train.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, convenient for shinkansen early start, very clean and well appointed hotel with good amenities. Public baths and free soba noodles at night though we didn't utilise either, but a nice touch for those who would.

Stayed here as a one night stopover. The hotel is at a reasonable distance from the Shin-Osaka and is very modern. The communal hot bath is great (FYI you still have private bath/shower/toilet in your room as well) and was what I really needed after a long day of traveling. There is free soba at night, but didn't try it. Staff was very helpful in holding our bags until we come back at night.

Modern Hotel, small but good rooms. We had a three-bed room (2 adults ,one kid), which was small but worked. There is a good onsen with indoor and outdoor bath. Free soba in the evening, very good but only japanese breakfast. Staff speaks English and was very helpful.
