Berlin Wall Trail Cycle
Berlin Wall Trail CycleThis was such a great urban adventure and a brilliant way to take in Berlin. I had no idea that the wall was so huge! I rode an e-bike, which made it easy (even though it was mainly flat!) and the directions were great although I did use the GPX files which I could download onto my phone. The trail is well marked most of the way, a few spots a bit tricky but it's all part of the adventure. Highly recommend this trip!

Also great communication before, during and post the tour date. Ultimate Oktoberfest Adventure (4 nights)Oktoberfest with Stoke Travel was fantastic! The hosts were so welcoming and even helped me with cleaning up an unfortunate situation that involved vomit in my tent. :( The hosts wanted to make sure we were set from the start, and had an awesome time. The heated bathrooms are nice, and definitely search those out right when you get there because the temp drops at night. Snag a pair of earplugs for the sleeping at night, since you are mighty close to other tents. Overall awesome experience with stoke travel and thanks for the incredible hospitality!! Cheers!

However not enough time was spent in the towns the cruise visited and only allowed a very short time to look around. The entertainment was mostly repetitive and not very well organised.

Germany and NorwayThere were many places that Europamundo was not totally forthcoming and just a very short list that I see as shortcomings. I will be writing a letter later. 4 different buses, 3 different guides, only 13 English speakers with 9 being my family, not one hotel even near the city center, and paid much money for us to be picked up at 2:15 am to get to airport and never showed up. Needed to pay for a taxi to take us there. This will be followed with letters

The Best of Germany and Northern Europe
The Best of Germany and Northern EuropeWe thought the tour as a whole was very good and informative. We did have issues with the way different nationalities were put together. Our guide had to repeat to the sameglish information 3 times for the different languages on our bus. We were the minority, so we got the information last. Meaning a very short explanation and very rude people talking while we were trying to listen. They did take us off this bus 3/4 of the way thru the tour and put us with English speaking people thank God. We thought the hotels were very nice and clean, so we were happy with all of them. We were on a very tight schedule that we hardly had time for our supper before getting to the hotels and sometimes they were closed for food, and we had to snack or go without. There was also a problem when they split us off the Latin bus and transferred us to the English-speaking bus that both busses would stop for bathroom breaks at the same place, and we would spend all our free time waiting in line for the rest rooms. Our 1st guide was very knowledgeable of the areas, but our 2nd guide was nor as informative. We wanted to see as much of the areas as possible but perhaps there was too much on our itinerary as we were hoping for a little more free time to relax. I guess we got what we signed up for. We were very happy with all the fees for our tours & rides being included on the tour price as it went much smoother when that was the case. When we had to pay for special tours or admissions, we spent too much time in line and didn't have time to see the place. This was our first tour so we really didn't have an idea what to expect but talking to other guests they were a little more critical about some of the aspects of our tour. Thank you for opportunity to express our opinions and ideas. We would use your company again but probably not do as long of tours with so much to do & see, Jean & Steve Neuendorf.

A fascinating, (sometimes too) whistlestop tour of German towns and cities. The tour guide Zsofi and her driver were probably the best I've ever had - they were helpful, upbeat and very clear in their instructions. Trip 'Good' rather than 'Excellent' because of the location of the hotels, most of which were so on the outskirts of a city that it limited what we could do in our free time. Also, some days towards the end of the tour were a bit rushed - the whole thing could stand to be at least two days longer.
