I very much enjoyed our tour. The tour director Leena was exceptional. Her knowledge of all sites we visited was extensive and her communication style was very easy to listen to. The driver Adam was fantastic and negotiated the tour bus like a pro. There was never a time that I did not feel safe or engaged.

We (group of 6 ladies) travelled from London across the U.K. and then back to London. Our guide Gino Di Iulio was fantastic, very knowledgable and made the trip very enjoyable. We changed drivers a few times but had Ryan for about last 6 days and he was great. All of our hotels were great, minus a few air conditioning issues since we hit record high temperatures. Fans were provided most of the time. The breakfast is all 7 hotels were plentiful and pretty much same food at each location. Coffee stations were always busy but that's to be expected. We had a great group of about 42 people who all blended well so that made the trip more enjoyable and we met some fantastic people. Again Gino deserves a lot of praise for his seat rotation and getting us all to engage with our seat buddies. He would ever buy us local treats at a lot of the stops to sample. We bought about half of the excursions and were mostly happy. Our included dinner at Black Swan in Bradford was not overly enticing. And then we signed up for Stirling Castle dinner only to find out it was not in the Castle at all, nor was there a tour. The Bagpiper Kevin did an outstanding job though. Thoroughly enjoyed the Irish dinner and dancing night. We did feel like we skipped through Belfast too fast. We had about 15 minutes at Titantic Museum and then about 90 minutes in Belfast City Centre. I would have preferred more time at Titantic Museum. Overall a great time and I will travel with Costsaver again. I had previously travelled with Trafalghar.

Liz Ryan is an excellent guide and knows her history of Britain very well. The bus was very comfortable and even had USB ports for charging. And the free bottles of water, as needed, were greatly appreciated. All hotels were very clean with very good provided breakfasts and only one could have used a bathroom upgrade. All beds we used appeared to be queen size. We really enjoyed the optional live Irish dancing and show and dinner at "Taylors Three Rock" in Dublin. Perhaps information on the VAT tax and the procedures to get that refunded should be provided to guests before and after arrival. The tour we were on is called a 10 day tour but is actually only 8 days on the bus. We were impressed and feel it was well worth the cost!

The Britain & Ireland Explorer Tour was amazing. Our tour director Matt Lawson was a laugh and so helpfull. The coaches are comfortable and good we have regular toilet breaks. The hotels we stayed in were interesting with character and good conversation topic lol Just found it all soo rushed more than 1 night in places would have been better and def longer in Liverpool and not just a few hours - Shame our travel agent didn't mention extra costs for the extra options as some of these were must do's and if didn't take part would have alot of free time and possibly miss out on must see's

The tour was as advertised “a taste of the UK”,we saw some wonderful sites, beautiful towns/cities & magnificent people.Our tour guide (Peter) gave us interesting facts & antidotes for the places we went to.The accomodation was average but it did the job required (sadly none had separate laundry facilities to catch up with washing).Sometimes you felt rushed other times why are we here for 4 hours(to much shopping time).Overall we had a great time with our fellow passengers & Cosmos looked after us with respect & if given a chance to travel again by coach Cosmos tours will be on our check list. An absolute blast from start to finish! The schedule was well paced, every location is stunning, the hostels are decent, the Loch Ness one in particular has some lovely hosts. Neil, our guide, is very knowledgable and constantly dropped awesome lore on top of some banging jokes. I got lucky with the timing as the weather was unusually clear except for the last day, while still cold enough to see snow (lost my snow virginity!!) and avoid the midgies. Oh I got to see the highland coos up close too. Can’t recommend this tour enough as your first experience with Scotland!

This was an unforgetable experience. I have traveled extensively throughout Europe when I was younger. I never thought a tour could compare to those experiences. However this tour change my attitude on tours. It was well planed and executed. Our tour director (Greg) was beyond excellent. In fact I think he made the trip the success it was. I would recommend it to any one who likes to see alot, keep on the go, meet people and see sights.
