Great, small hotel in an excellent location. Walking distance to Old Town but without all the noise and foot traffic. The staff were great, they knew our names within the first day. We loved the roof top pool to escape the extreme heat while we were there. Our interconnecting rooms were spacious and cleaned well.

Lovely staff make this a great place to stay, the hotel is in a very good location, a little outside of the town but an easy walk along the river so the best of both. The room was spacious and comfortable. We also had massages which we enjoyed and the roof top pool is good when you need a little relaxation. Breakfast had great service and we were happy with the choices and selection.

A beautiful city, particularly the old town. Amazing and delicious food everywhere at bargain prices. The salt coffee was the best thing I’ve ever tasted!
Boar rides at night are great and it’s a lovely area to walk around.
We also recommend the coconut boat rides as well as visiting the My Son Sanctuary.

Most tourists I have ever seen in a location. Very busy at night markets, which is every night, so that could get old. Loved the shopping and restaurants. Safe and easy to walk around. Easy to do day trips to other places also. A few good shows too...Memories and Tah Dar at Lune theater.

Hoi An is a nice city with old typical houses and a well maintained urban ensemble, with many old houses and temples to visit. It’s also nice that many streets are car and motorbike free (only bicycle). However it became a victim of its success, attracting many tourists and having many shops and restaurants and bars, and too many lights and noise in some areas at night.
So for me two nights would have been enough, however it is nice to combine with the local beach. It must also be said that food is very good and there are very good restaurants.

A beautiful place with a lot of heritage and beauty.
A beautiful place with a lot of heritage and beauty. Friendly riverside night life and great beaches only 15 mins away from the old town. The most amazing stage show with 500 participants a must. Simply stunning. Called Hoi An History. I belive the Acrobat show is amazing at a different location. We missed that sadly. Needed at least 4 or 5 days at Hoi An. 2 not enough.
This was one of the best hotels we stayed in in Vietnam. The place is really nice, the room was spacious and the bathroom huge. They have a really nice swimming pool with lounge chairs and beds, great place to chill after a day in the heat.
Breakfast was excellent and diferente every day.
The hotel is near the old town and they have bicycles for guests for free. We used them to go through the rise fields to the beach.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
If we will go to Hoi An again we would definitely stay here.
The property looks new, the staff are really helpful, we would stay again if we went back to Hoian, It’s in the street of the night market which means it can be noisy until 11pm if your room is facing that street (ours was) but after that time it’s quiet. The suite faces that street and the cheaper rooms are in the quiet part of the hotel. The staff were great and offered to move us to a quiet room but we chose to stay in the same one since we were up till late anyway. It’s next tomthe nightlife and to the old town.
My family and I spent 11 days at Square Villa and we wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms were spacious, all the furniture was new and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was always super friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcomed. The whole place is kept spotless clean, linen and towels are new and the location is great with the old town a short walk away. We especially enjoyed having the free bicycles. It was the best place we've stayed in Vietnam so far!
I stayed at D Central Hoi An Homestay for 7 days and this place became my sweet home in Hoi An. The location is perfect. It’s very close to the old town and night market but far enough from the noise. They have good selections of breakfast. I borrowed their bicycle to cycle around Hoi An and it was so much fun. The Wi-Fi works great. The family running the homestay is so sweet. I feel like they are my Vietnamese family now! I can’t go back to stay with them again.
Excellent hotel and really enjoyed our 5 nights here. Probably the best value in Vietnam in terms of quality of hotel and facilities. Free bikes, free transfer to beach and in to old town. Really clean and chic. Breakfast was excellent and had western and Vietnamese vegetarian options. Room was cleaned daily. Nice cold pool to cool down in. At beach had free sunbeds, towels and umbrella at a beach restaurant linked to the hotel. Staff all lovely and helpful
Breakfast and the service with it have to be experienced to be believed! Some of the best vietnamese food we ate on our trip, served by the ever smiling and delightful father of the family. Our room and bed were large and comfortable. The Village Homestay is in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk to the old town, but away from the craziness!
It rained almost the whole 4 days we were in Hoi An, but staying here really brightened up our stay.
Hoi An Palmy Villa is one of those little gems. The facilities are great, nice large rooms, very friendly and helpful owners (family) and staff who do anything to please. Nice, big pool. In a great location near Ba Le market so easy going to either Old Town, the beaches or the rice fields. For long staying guests they even provide a free lunch one day for you with traditional Vietnamese meals.
Everything was perfect! One of our favourite accommodations during our whole trip in Vietnam, and by far the best service we’ve had. The staff go out of their way to accommodate your every request. Quiet, and beautiful facilities. Multiple shuttles a day to the old town and the beach, and back to the hotel. Free bicycles. Beautiful breakfasts with new items each day. Awesome stay!
Lion King is a lovely little gem of a hotel in a great location - walkable to all the sites and historic old town. Ms Flowers and her husband Robert were wonderful hosts that made us feel like family. They even bought me a birthday cake, as we arrived at their hotel on my birthday. The rooms were clean, efficient, and most importantly COOL with great AC. We were sad to leave!
Beautiful brand new hotel (they just opened two months ago) located half way between Hoi An Old town and the beach.
It was clean, beds were comfortable, pool was amazing, breakfast was very good.
They provided bikes for free and laundry service for a good price.
Staff was super nice, polite and helpful.
We definitely recommend Barbados Chrrry Villa!
Everything about this little gem is great. The special feature is the two sisters who are the leading staff. We stayed for ten days and by the time we left we felt like family.
For anyone going to Hoi An, I would recommend staying at An Bang beach at this hotel. A taxi to the old town Hoi An is less than 3 dollars and this is a really great base.
Beautiful hotel, located on a charming street in the Old Town. Rooms were large and elegant. Staff were so helpful. Tin in particular was an angel and helped me plan my itinerary. I wish I could have stayed longer. Also, complimentary vietnamese coffee was a nice touch. One of the nicest hotels I stayed in and very good value for such luxury.
Stayed in a triple room. Good variety of options for buffet breakfast.
Nice pool area. We had a massage at the spa which was very nice.
Free bikes available but we didn't use them. 15-20 min walk to the centre of old town. There are some nice family run restaurants close to the hotel for dinner which are much cheaper than the old town.
This hotel is run by an extremely welcoming family. Clean, well-maintained and comfortable - exactly like the pictures provided. They also provided us with bicycles for free to visit the old town. When it rained once, the owner offered to drive us to the old town for a very reasonable price. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.
This family run hotel is a lovely place to stay. It’s located 10 minutes walking distance from the old town and 15 minutes by bike to a beautiful beach. The room was cozy and clean and I slept very well in the bed. But most of all I loved the friendly atmosphere. Would definitely stay there again!
The villa's location is perfect—just a few steps from the Hoi-An night market. You can wake up early and walk to the old town before it's crowded.
The family room is suited for a family. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We also have a wifi router in our room. That's awesome.
The staff were wonderful - very kind and accomodating. Breakfast was good quality. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Old Town Hoi An. They offered a free shuttle to a nice beach club.
The hotel is brand new.
Everything was perfect.
Thank you, AME, for make our stay so perfect.
100% recommanded
Huge room, delicious breakfast, free bicycle, free shuttle to the beach and old Town.
It was close to the beach and a small Vietnamese village. You can find almost anything there. Restaurants, massage shops, laundry. It’s about 5km by taxi D120,000 from old town Hoi An
