- What happens after I approve the changes to the trip?
After you approve the changes, everything will be confirmed for you.
- Can I attach documents regarding my travel insurance?
Yes, you can attach documents. For instance, a PDF of your credit card benefits including travel insurance is acceptable.
- Is it possible to book the upper deck when the lower deck is sold out?
Yes, when the lower deck is sold out, you can book the upper deck, which usually means you'd get an en-suite cabin.
- What if I arrive at the meeting point early, where can I meet the crew?
If arriving early, meeting at the port office is recommended and you can inform the operator about your early arrival.
- Is travel insurance mandatory for this trip?
Travel insurance is mandatory for all of our trips. The type of cover you choose is completely up to you though.
- What if my credit card provides travel insurance, could I use that instead of purchasing it through Xcover?
As long as it covers cancellation, medical expenses, loss or damage to baggage and personal belongings, money and public liability, that is no problem at all.
- Where do we meet if we're already in Split?
You would just meet them at the port, the group leader will let you know the address when they get in contact before the tour.
- Is there availability for three on June 17th or June 24th?
Yes, there is availability for 3 adults on both of those dates, so it's completely up to you which date you'd like to go with.
- Can I use my own pre-night booking instead of through the tour company?
The starting point is Hostel Dvor if you want to book your own pre-night.
- Do you require airport transfer? If so, can you send me flight number and date of departure?
If airport transfer is required, the flight number and departure date need to be provided.
