Once your flights are booked, please let us know if you would like to request any additional pre or post nights, a single room supplement, optional activities and if you want airport transfers so we can quote them.
- What are the details of the starting hotel for the tour?
The starting hotel address is Hotel Perfect, 16A/2 WEA, Near New Bloom School, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, Delhi, India.
- What is included in the tour package?
The tour package includes accommodation in a hotel as well as an expert guide, transport and more.
- Can TourRadar provide the hotel transfer if not staying at the starting hotel?
In order to take advantage of the G Adventures transfer service, you will need to book pre-tour accommodation at the tours start hotel. If you do not wish to book this accommodation, we will forfeit your transfer and you can make alternative arrangements to the tours starting point.
- When and where is the welcome meeting for the tour?
Your CEO will organize a short meeting soon after arrival, during which you will meet other tour participants and receive information about general and specific aspects of the trip. A welcome note will be left for you in the hotel so you have all the necessary information regarding the meeting time. If you arrive late, s/he will leave you a message detailing what time and where you should meet the next morning.
- Are suitcases allowed on the trip or are soft bags preferred?
You'll be carrying your own luggage so it's up to you what you bring on this trip.
