Whether it's the size of the group you travel with, the style of tour, or the optional experiences you add to reflect your own passions, an Insight Vacations tour is whatever you choose to make it. 
 
Group size 
Our premium guided tours are seamless thanks to smaller group sizes, to truly maximise your time. You can always select between a Classic Groups size, which averages just 33 guests and never more than 40. Or select a Small Groups size, which have no more than 24 guests, available on all tours.  
 
Transport  
Your Insight coach is uniquely customised for smaller groups. Sit high above the traffic with unobstructed views and enjoy twice the legroom and personal space of a regular coach. Our coaches have been remodelled with 13 fewer seats, so you can stretch out in real comfort, snap some photos and take in the beautiful scenery.  
 
Stay in touch with friends or family with complimentary Wi-Fi onboard and adjust your personal air-conditioning for your own comfort. 
  
Travel Directors 
A true friend overseas, your Travel Director ensures a fabulous, seamless journey from start to finish. Fluent in the local language and expertly trained, they manage all logistics down to the last detail. Your experienced Travel Director can even personalise your journey with recommendations for your free time. 
 
Optional Experiences 
Free time is built into all Insight Vacations tours, giving our guests even more opportunity to tailor their experience. Optional experiences are a fantastic way to maximise your free time and get the most out of a destination. 

Vaccination Policy:
While highly recommended, COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters are no longer required for guests traveling with us from January 1, 2023, onward. It is your client’s responsibly to comply with specific vaccine and/or booster requirements imposed by airlines and/or authorities in the destinations visited, as well as requirements for accessing restaurants and venues, which may be more restrictive than the above. No refunds will be given if they are unable to undertake some or all of their vacation due to failure to comply with these requirements. 
 
Future Travel Credit:
If your client has a Future Travel Credit (FTC) with one of our brands, they are able to redeem against any 2022, 2023 or 2024 tour package. Discounts of up to 15% from their original reservation will only be carried forward if a new trip is booked before December 31, 2022. The FTC is the total amount that they paid to us for their tour that was suspended due to COVID-19. That sum can be applied to any itinerary or departure of their choosing (current discounts and promotions are not combinable with the carry forward discounts and are subject to availability on the new trip). If they choose a trip or departure that is more expensive than their FTC credit, your client is responsible for the difference in price; if the trip or departure is less expensive than the FTC credit, a new FTC will be issued for the difference.

Travel Flexibility Policy:
Our temporary change and cancellation policies have ended, and our standard policy as outlined in our Booking Conditions now applies for all reservations (including Future Travel Credit redemptions) departing January 1, 2023, onward. A penalty is applied for changes or cancellations made after the final payment has been received. Normal penalties apply for full cancellation without rebooking. Please note, airlines may impose different change policies, and if your client declines travel insurance, they are responsible for any airline cancellation penalties. Other conditions apply.
