- When and where does the tour end?
After yet another day full of great adventures, you will return to downtown Vancouver (999 Canada Place) at approximately 7:30 pm depending on traffic conditions. It is time to say farewell to your newfound friends and go your separate ways! Please be aware that the drop-off point is subject to change until your final documents are released.
- When and where does the tour start?
This tour departs downtown Vancouver (999 Canada Place) at 7.15 am on the first day, so you need to be ready to go at 7 am. Due to the early start of the tour, we recommend arriving at least one day prior to settle in, relax and prepare yourself for the upcoming adventure. On the first day of the tour, you will go on a Winery Tour, you will visit Spahats Falls and Dutch lake in Clearwater, you will enjoy a dinner next to the river and much more. Please be aware that the starting point is subject to change until your final documents are released.
- Do you arrange airport transfers?
Airport transfers are available for this tour at an additional cost, please contact our customer support team to arrange this.
- Can you assist with booking additional accommodation?
Of course, we can! Once you have a confirmed booking on this tour, we can request additional accommodation for you with the tour operator.

We use charters and mini-coaches for all of our tours. For consideration of our other guests, the minimum age to join our Multi-day Tours is 6. Also, some tours include wine, cider or beer tastings that are limited to guests aged 19 or older.
- I'm a solo traveller, is there a single supplement?
If you are a solo traveller and if you don't mind sharing, you will be roomed with 3 fellow travellers of the same gender. If you prefer your own room, a single supplement can be added to your booking at an additional cost. Please contact our customer support team to arrange this.
- Is there a hotel list available?
All accommodations are subject to change until 4-6 weeks before the departure date. After the booking is made you will be issued your final trip documents with your specific accommodation details. This is a list of accommodations that they typically stay at, but please be advised that they are subject to change:

Flights before and after the tour are not included in the tour price and you need to arrange these separately by yourself once your tour is guaranteed. As we specialise in organising the best tours around the world for you, we are unable to advise on flight prices or book flights on your behalf. - Do I need a visa?
