If your guide is not yet present at the hotel, proceed with check-in and your activities according to the postings in the reception area; the guide will leave you a message or update with the scheduled activities.
- How to handle luggage issues at the airport?
In case of luggage delay or other issues at the airport, immediately inform the transfer operator.
- Can I get information on optional excursions?
Information about optional excursions, including any available discounts, will be provided in your trip documentation and on the Europamundo web page.
- What discounts are offered for honeymoon couples?
Honeymoon couples can avail of a discount if they are taking the trip up to 3 months after their wedding date.

Yes, passengers over 65 years can avail of discounts which are only cumulative with the triple room discount.

Repeating passengers, those who have traveled with Europamundo in the last 3 years and belong to our Passenger Club after filling a satisfaction questionnaire, can get discounts.
- What should I do upon arriving at the hotel?
Upon arrival, present your voucher at the reception desk to check-in and receive your room keys.
