My only complaint was the hotel in Seoul was not as well located as it could have been a bit far from the main sites. However for the price this was an extremely good value tour and I enjoyed it very much and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

【South Korea】10 Days Scenic South Korea Tour PackagesA very good tour that I would highly recommend. But, it could be better. We loved the various destinations and generally had ample time to take everything in. Our bus was fine and the driver was excellent. A good driver and helpful with luggage. The hotels were good, but food wax an issue. Restaurants were closed so twice we had to go out and find a suitable restaurant. MacDonalds. Twice we found a 7-11 type shops and bought food and took it back tour room. Our guide was a good bloke, but his English was just OK. Given those issues, it was a terrific tour and gave us a good insight to this fabulous country.

The 7 day tour covered a lot of ground and we were able to see so many attractions that we wouldn't have if we'd tried to explore on our own. We had a fantastic group who all got along well - I would say the average age was mid-60s. I am 35 and still found it really enjoyable with everyone. We departed each morning between 8:30/9 and got to the hotel most nights straight after dinner, about 7:30-8:30. There were always multiple destinations each day. On longer bus rides we would stop at a rest stop every 1.5hours to have a bathroom break (no toilet on board, which was sometimes a bit of a problem) We walked 10k-15k steps every day. There was always the option to take a shorter or easier route if you prefered. There was a mixture of temples, nature, and beautiful sights. All the meals were generous and tasty and gave us the chance to try a variety of Korean foods. There was plenty for everyone. There were also stops during the day where you could buy snacks or coffee. The accomodation in 4 and 5 star hotels was always great. The breakfast buffets had a lot of choice. I would've liked a chance to enjoy the facilities more, but we were always tired after the long days. Our guide was so positive and energetic! He was a wealth of knowledge and shared a lot of history, culture and language. He was a little hard to understand at times, which my boyfriend found frustrating. He was super approachable and friendly though, and I personally really liked him. I have a lot of great memories from this trip and would definitely recommend it.
