I think I have fallen in love with Buenos Aires. A vibrant, contrasting city with a ridiculous amount of things to do – if it’s not on your radar then it really should be now!
But with all the options available to you in can be overwhelming discovering where to eat, drink and enjoy in Buenos Aires!
And that’s where this guide comes in..
We ate out every night in this glorious city and we never had a bad experience! It’s a great place to discover and explore little hole-in-the-wall joints and have fun with it. In the last 24 hours alone I have been wallowing in pure gluttony!
A 3-course dinner at Manolo San Telmo last night, amazing burgers and lemonade in the sun at OuiOui for lunch, a long relaxed coffee at the uber-cool Full City Coffee House and topping it off (for our third visit this week) with literally life-affirming Roquefort empanadas at El Mazacote. I’m in foodie heaven!
If you’re feeling even more adventurous or looking for something in a specific area check out food reviews at Guiaoleo and What’s Up Buenos Aires for up-to-the-minute events for the night. And prepare yourself with some fun facts about Argentina. People will be jealous of your insider local knowledge and be begging you for recommendations in no time!
However discovery has its limits, and some places you can only find if you’re in the know!
This is why loved Graffitimundo’s Insider Guide to where to eat, drink and enjoy in Buenos Aires. It was the best, most concise list of recommendations I have ever received for this city and I have shared them below for you.
I also loved their street art tours that they run – which I have reviewed here – so if you are looking for something a bit alternative and want to support arts in this city please check out our full review of our Graffitimundo tour in Buenos Aires then and go on one of their tours! It was a highlight of BA, and still stands out even amongst all the landmarks of Argentina and incredible day trips on offer.
So, now for their recommendations:
